Refund & Replacement Policy
At Noor Gold Studio, we take great care to ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement after verification.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- Clear photo(s) and/or video(s) showing the damage
- A brief description of the problem
- Do not return the item unless our team asks you to do so. We will provide return instructions if a return is required.
Verification & Resolution
Once we receive your photos/videos and order details, our team will verify the damage. After verification, we will:
- Issue a full refund to the original mode of payment, or
- Ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. It may take up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
